Colombo - Kandy (Via Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage)
Assemble at Chennai/Trichy Airport. Chennai/Trichy-Colombo by Flight. Then, Proceed to Kandy via Pinnawala (Travelling time approximately – 4 Hours). Here, we observe the bathing of elephants from the tall river bank as it allows visitors to observe the herd interacting socially, bathing and playing. The best time to visit is the feeding time from 09:30 - 10.00 Hours & 13:30 - 14:00 Hours and the bathing time from 10:00 - 10:30 Hours & 14:00 – 14:30 Hours, when all the elephants are taken to the river close by. Then, visit spice garden to see the different spices. Night stay at Kandy Hotel.
Kandy city tour & Ramboda
After Breakfast, visit to the temple of the sacred tooth relic (a buddhist temple) in Kandy, upper lake drive, market square, arts & crafts centre, gem museum (gem work shop and show room), art and crafts and royal peradeniya botanical garden. Then, visit Sri Baktha Hanuman temple (Anjaneyar Temple) at Ramboda, Ramboda waterfalls and Mackwoods Tea Factory. Later, transfers to Nuwara Eliya and visit Gayathri amman temple. Night stay in Nuwara Eliya Hotel.
Nuwara Eliya, Kitulgala and Colombo city tour
After breakfast, visit Seetha Amman temple (Asoka Vanam), Devon waterfalls (also known as veil of the valley) and St Clair's waterfalls (Also known as little Niagara of Sri Lanka) near Thalawakele town, White Water Rafting and Canyoning at Kitulgala. Then, get transfer to Colombo. Visit Colombo Fort, Bazaar area, Hindu Temple, BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall), Old Parliament, Buddhist Temple, Colombo Lake, Town Hall, Dutch House, Museum, Colombo Light House, independence square, Millers Building, Khan Clock Tower, Sri Lanka Planetarium, Dehiwella, Gangaramaya buddhist temple, ODEL Unlimited for Shopping. Night stay in Colombo hotel.

Payment Terms
- 25% amount as advance payment, at the time of booking.
- 50% amount advance payment, on one month prior to the date of travel.
- Balance 25% amount should be paid, once the visa and flight tickets are confirmed and handed over.
- 100% Payment has to be done 15 days before, prior to the date of travel.
Payment can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS.
Cheque / Demand Draft should be in favour of “Bangalore Tours and Travels”.

Tour Cancellation Policy:
Flight Ticket Cancellation: Once Flight ticket is booked, money is non-refundable.
Hotel Booking Cancellation: : Cancellation prior to 15 Days from the date of journey, 50% money is refundable. Cancellation within 15 Days from the date of journey, money is non-refundable.
Documents & Requirements:
- Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.
- A valid tourist visa for the duration of the tour (For International tours only).
- Hand written passport is not acceptable. We will help you to process your visa.
- 4 Passport size photos, with respective travel country passport size photo models.
General Information:
- Punctuality is very important. If miss the Flight / Train / Bus / vehicle during the time of travel, management will not be responsible. So, assemble at all the places in advance.
- Passengers are kindly requested to be present in the airport prior to 4 hours before for the international flight departure.
- Passengers are kindly requested to be present in the railway station to 1 hour before for the train departure.
- Passengers are kindly requested to be present in the bus stand prior to 1 hour before for the bus departure.
- Guaranteed early check-in / late check-out charges (Standard Check-in 14:00 Hours and check-out 12:00 Hours).
- Passengers kindly note that on international flight from one city to another city the baggage/luggage allowance will be as per the respective airlines baggage policy and weight regulations. Passengers are requested to pack their belongings and carry luggage in accordance to the respective airlines baggage allowance. Excess baggage/luggage (if any) will be chargeable as per the airlines policy. It has to be paid by the passengers.
- The tour package price is subject to change according to the on-line flight ticket rate.
- In case of any sightseeing is not done due to weekly closure, an alternative sightseeing will be arranged for the same.
- Travel itinerary, Flight & Hotel may change in different situation.
- Any unfavorable conditions, natural calamities like rain, flood, storm or others and that leads to cancellation of flight services to the particular destination. The incurred additional expenses of flight ticket, hotel and food to be paid by the guest only.
